What content formats and media are supported?
You can upload and display JPG and PNG images, MP4 videos, and animated GIFs directly through the Hoshi Portal. Our built-in content creator also allows you to design custom layouts with text, shapes, and backgrounds without needing separate software.
Is there a limit to how many displays I can manage at once?
No. The Hoshi Portal is designed to scale with you. You can manage and control content across an unlimited number of displays and group them for simultaneous updates, making it perfect for coordinating large events with multiple screens.
What happens if a single panel is damaged?
Our modular system makes it quick and easy to replace blocks. Individual 20x20cm Hoshi Blox can be replaced individually without needing to service the entire display. Contact our support team for a rapid replacement service.
What are the power options for mobile or off-grid use?
For full mobility, our optional portable battery pack can power a standard set for an entire event day on a single charge. Smaller displays can even be powered by a high-capacity USB power bank for ultimate flexibility in placement.
